Being a douche

Okay so I just assisted in some agrument between two clan member. I want you all to know the following:

1. I will NOT tolerate crude bitching on each other in the clan chat. You don't like someone? Use whispers. We don't need to know what do you think of X or Y.
2. I WILL tell you to stop a couple of times. After this, you WILL be kicked. Not definetly, but don't tell me I didn't gave you second chances.
3. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT play the sheriff and try to know who's wrong/right and who started first. If regular clashing happens between two members, they both will see the consequences.
4. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT let my personnal opinion to come in this. I will not protect you if you're my friend, nor I will kick you if I don't like you. I'm here to keep the clan clean, and good for everyone.
