Yep I'm kind of good with photoshops
and i got really good contacts that do really reall nice personalize banner and other stuffs for forum

the only issues with the pictues are hosting and bandwidth.
a few nice pics sounds fine, but if we too many we may get that "bandwidth exceeded" problem again.

as far as admin...
this service has a very user-friendly interface, but not in the lines of HTML.
let me know exactly what you want to change, let me back this style up, and we'll go from there.
